My grand debut into the world of grape jelly delivers this juicy and beautiful Oregon Pinot Noir Jelly. Luck came my way in an abundance of Pinot Noir Clone 777 grapes from Skyline Ridge Vineyards in West Linn, OR. 
My wife and I fell in love with the 777 clone years ago when we would visit the Willamette Valley tasting rooms. This brilliant and wonderful clone grape produces a juicy and jammy, floral wine. The grapes I procured featured a deep sweetness, a tart acid finish with a whisper of late summer flowers.
In this jelly, that sweetness of the grape balances with the acid finish while those flowery blooms become the headline. A beautifully balanced jelly aching to pair with bloomy cheeses.
