We discovered Haskap Preserves on a tour of Nova Scotia when our guide gifted us a small jar. Once we were home we ordered several larger jars and used it sparingly. When those ran out we found our source could no longer ship to the USA. We were so happy to find Big Jalm and we are enjoying our preserves again. Such a distinctive flavor.

Had a sample of this at Saturday market and ended up buying a small jar. That was about 6 hours ago. The jar is gone. We ate all of it within a couple hours on vanilla ice cream. best flavor, texture and the nicest guy we bought from! please NEVER stop making this!!!
Discovered Haskap jam on a recent trip to Canada. Now my favorite and so happy to have found a U.S. source! Like a cross between blackberry, black currant and blueberry, the flavor profile is complex and delightful.
