The chelan cherry is one of the first to ripen here in the Pacific Northwest. We alder smoked 20% of the cherries we received and folded these into this extremely unique jalm. Smoky and sweet with full cherry flavor. This jalm smeared on duck breast, glazed on pork ribs, or stirred into a nice whiskey, will turn your day in a wonderful new direction.
