Each year as Golden Eel Jams, we have explored the wonderful secrets of Rhubarb. We began with the traditional Strawberry/Rhubarb, which turned out buttery and wonderful. Last year, we took the late-season king of Blackberries, the triple crown, and combined that with early season Rhubarb, to astonishingly great results!

This year, the always wonderful Boysenberry took a turn dancing with Rhubarb. This resulted in an extremely BIG JALM! The heavy flavors of the Boysenberry weaved well into the buttery and supple Rhubarb.
