We here at Golden Eel Jams are always questing to find exciting culinary uses for Jalm. Whether it be a topping for cedar plank salmon, stirred into yogurt, or spoon-fed repeatedly into one’s mouths, we hunt for the dynamics of Jalm’s potential! Some times we just put it on bread!
