Big Jalm started with a chef who spent years tromping through muddy Oregon fields eating exotic berries just to find the best fruit. What began as obsession became a mission: small batch jams made from rare fruit you won't find anywhere else. Every jar carries a farm name, a season, and a story.

Big Jalm sources the best fruit from the best people. The farms we choose share values and beliefs about the growing and curating of fruits. These farms all use limited water and never any synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The "terroir" of each farm sets Big Jalm's jams apart giving each fruit and jam an unmatched character.
